History and leadership
Nation Consulting was founded in 2003 by Thad Nation , now a senior partner in the firm. Nation founded the firm based on his political experience, having run the communications efforts of two governors in different states;Indiana Governor Frank O'Bannon and Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle. Nation has also served as communications director for the Indiana and Wisconsin Democratic Parties and as a deputy press secretary for the Democratic National Committee.Additional partners in the firm include Joshua Morby, who serves as the executive director of the Wisconsin Bio Industry Alliance
