Prof. Dadhich was Director of Center for Gandhian Studies in Rajasthan University for several years where he initiated publication of Academic Journal and started organizing national and international Seminars and Conferences. He is one of the first to popularise Peace Studies and Peace Education in India through conferences, lectures and seminars. After joining Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, he has introduced a six months Certificate Course on Gandhian Theory of Nonviolent Conflict Resolution or Gandhigiri. He was reappointed as Vice Chancellor of the same University for another term in continuation.
