Unified Communication Ecosystem administration

The major focus of the software suite is NATES Unified Provisioning. Tools such as NATES seek to address issues such as:
  • The architectures are often complex and heterogeneous
    • Tools to help management of the user are needed (add, update, delete) with a unified and simple interface, in the language of the administrator who is not necessarily a technical expert
    • Optimization and industrialization of the administration is critical to get a high ROI
  • Projects must be adapted to internal organizations
    • Provide the capacity to delegate operations
    • Observe areas of responsibility
    • Get activity tracking
  • Interfacing with directories of the Information System should be implemented with flexibly and without significant integration constraint
    • Automate and synchronize the unified communications system with different directories
    • Provide a flexible (multi-directory, multi-protocol, ...) and configurable integration
