 that opened to the public on September 18,2010. Owned by the City of Dubuque and operated by the non-profit Dubuque Community Ice and Recreation Center, Inc. (DICE) developers and managers, the facility is Dubuque's first dedicated ice arena. The center plays host to youth and adult hockey, public skate, figure skate, and other ice activities.
