Muzuri is name of a Kurdish
group, inhabiting the northernmost areas of Iraqi Kurdistan
. It is located to the west of Margavar (in west of lake Urmia
) and is close to the Zebari
and Barzani
areas.
In Assyrian records the region is mentioned as land of Musri
or (Muzri).
