History

Mount Carmel is a minority institution run by a registered society called Mount Carmel School Society, a Protestant church-based organization.
Mount Carmel School started in July 1972 with 12 students in Anand Niketan. Today this branch has nearly 2500 students with a staff of 150 and 2 beautiful buildings.
The Dwarka Branch was started in April 1997, the silver Jubilee year of the mother school, with 165 students. Both the schools are from nursery to class 12th and recognized by the Delhi Administration and affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education.
The Business School, created in 2007, is the youngest member of the Mount Carmel family. Currently it caters to the needs of students looking at actively pursuing studies in Information Technology and Business.
