 founded in 1988 to serve the NASCAR Sprint Cup racing community. Motor Racing Outreach was founded by Max Helton in response to a need presented by 3 drivers within the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series who were unable to attend regular church services due to the demands on their schedule.
