Leon Koudelak was approached to record works for guitar by the Austrian composer Michael Buchrainer.

In the Tyrolis studios Fussach the album "Modern Trend of Factories for Guitar " was recorded at that time with a new technology using a Digital Audio Tape DAT

After all works by Michael Buchrainer have been recorded, the Tyrolis Music record company suggest to add as well other works from contemporary composers to be able compete with the sale. Although the Album was a commissioned album Tyrolis Music believed with add also other works by famouse composers, the album will be more commercial.
