History

MobileDemand was founded in 2003 by Matt Miller. At that time, the company specialized in manufacturing portable, rugged Tablet PCs with laser-based bar code scanning for the wholesale beer sector. With the introduction of smaller Rugged Tablet PC systems and accessories, MobileDemand expanded to a wide variety of vertical markets that employ a mobile workforce including hospitality, manufacturing, military, public safety, retail, transportation and logistics, and warehousing.
