Miyuki is an artist who performs at the Japan
pavilion inside the World Showcase section of the Epcot
theme park at Walt Disney World. She creates sculptures on a stick from soft rice dough, making animals at the request of guests. She starts with a white base and adds color as needed. Guests were presented with the candy sculpture as an edible souvenir until early 2010, when this was stopped because of health regulations.
