The Mingle2.com domain was acquired by MingleNet LLC in September 2007. MingleNet also owned JustSayHi.com, which later became the new Mingle2.com in mid early 2009. On Jan. 7, 2009 Mingle² was rated the fifth-most popular free dating site in America.
