History

MicroTonic was first released in December 2003 as a VST plug-in for the Windows platform. Over the years new versions has been released bringing new features and extended compatibility into the software. In 2004 the first Mac OS X version was available. support. With the introduction to Intel based Macs in 2006 a new Universal Binary version was released. In December 2010 a 3.0 version of the VST saw the light. This Version enhanced the µTonic massively. The step sequencer has now the option to open a grid editor where you can edit all instruments in one window. Also, now you are able to Morph between two presets.
