. In 2009, MicroLink sold its software development business along with competencies to Helmes AS. By the end of 2010, the reminder of MicroLink claimed to employ up to 200 people. In 2011 Microlink was formally merged with Elion and factually liquidated.

Prior to 2005, MicroLink was the largest Baltic IT services company.
Microlink business interests included: system integration and infrastructure solutions, software development, ERP and business solutions, IT consulting and training, central systems and datacentre solutions and end-user PC services and support.
