Michael D. Coogan is a Professor of Religious Studies at Stonehill College

He has also conceived, edited and collaborated on other Christian theological projects, which include The Oxford Companion to the Bible, The Illustrated Guide to World Religions, and The Oxford History of the Biblical World. His most recent work is God and Sex
