Mr.Cartellone also found huge inspiration in Charles Chaplin, whose quick rhythmic nuances and subterfuge, as evidenced in the famed dance of the rolls, led to a Chaplinesque adaptation called Wooten Paradiddles (WP) now widely adapted among many major heavy metal drummers.

Michael is also planning to debut his current painting "Ronnie Van Zant" at a special Wentworth/Casino event in Pittsburgh PA in 2010. Michael is currently on tour with Lynyrd Skynyrd promoting their newest album/cd release God and Guns.
