Medfield High School is a public high school (grades 9-12) located in Medfield, Massachusetts
, and in the Norfolk County, Massachusetts
. It is one of five public schools in the school system. The student to faculty ratio at the high school is 14-1, which is consistent with the state average. There are 891 students at the school, 49% of which are male, 51% female.

. First graduating class of Medfield High was a class of 8 in 1908. The original building was in what is now called Wheelock School, a public elementary school for grades 2-3. In 1957, the town accepted a gift of land from Amos Clark Kingsbury, a Medfield native and public school alum. This land was used to build a new high school, which was named Amos Clark Kingsbury High School. This remained unchanged until 2005 when the middle school went under construction and was swapped with the high school.

The girls volleyball team has won 6 state titles: 1998, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010. In 2011, Millis put an end to Medfield’s 4 year TVL winning streak.
Soccer
The Medfield Warriors defeated Auburn 4-0 in 2010 to capture the team’s first state title.
Track and Field
The Warriors captured the outdoor state title in 1997 and the indoor state title in 1999.

Lacrosse
The Medfield boys lacrosse team has won 5 state titles in the past 8 years, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2010, and 2011. The team was undefeated in league games for nine years, boasting 119 straight wins. The winning streak ended in 2011 in a home game against Dover Sherborn.
Football
The Medfield football team won its first state title in 2006 against Whittier Tech at Gillette Stadium

History
From the time Medfield was founded in 1651, education was considered to be one of the most important aspects of the town. The founder of Medfield, Ralph Wheelock, became the first schoolmaster for the town.
