The Meath Senior Football Championship 2010 is the main tournament in the season for senior clubs in County Meath, Ireland. The tournament consists of 17 teams and he winner of the tournament will represent Meath in the Leinster Senior Club Football Championship

In the 2009 final, Seneschalstown defeated Wolfe Tones, Cortown was relegated to the Intermediate division after losing their relegation play off and Oldcastle were promoted to the Senior division after claiming the Meath Intermediate Football Championship title. Group stage

There are three groups called Group A, B and C. The three top finishers in Group A and B and the first and second placed teams in Group C qualify for the quarter-finals. The three teams that finish last in their groups go through to a round-robin relegation play off. The loser gets relegated to the Intermediate Division
