 and gave possession to the Vice President Max Delvalle, which was not heeded by the commander of the National Guard General Bolívar Vallarino. From April 8 to April 15 of 1967, Delvalle served as president of Panama. He said at the time that there were only two Jewish presidents in the world, the president of the State of Israel and him.
