Marintia Escobedo Santibáñez is a Mexican television personality and actress.

As a host, she was also a part of El Terreno de Eva (Eve's Territory) among several others on TV; WRadical and La Ampolleta on the radio, and has been a collaborator with several publications. As an actress, Marintia has appeared in television, film and theatre including four years performing Eve Ensler
's The Vagina Monologues.
Career
Escobedo was hired in her first show "En Vivo" (Live) with journalist Ricardo Rocha. She started off interviewing guests to the show ‘behind the cameras’, which meant that she portrayed what people were doing or had to say before or after going on stage. In 1987 she became the first host of a show called Proyeccion 2000 (Projection 2000); later on, she was called to host an entertainment segment in ECOEco
