Northbound traffic on North Main Street veers onto Oakland Street, which requires a u-turn onto Mansfield Avenue, which runs parallel to the tracks then crosses over Main Street on its way to the station. Southbound traffic from North Main Street can enter the station by turning right onto Pratt Street and making a left on Mansfiled Avenue. Access from the station back onto Main Street in either direction is available from Crocker Street.

Parking for Mansfield residents is available along Mansfield Avenue and on the north and south sides of Chauncy Street, on the west side of the tracks. Parking is also available at the station itself.
