Manoj was a co-founder of the netdecisions group, originally an internet services business, but now a broader based IT services and outsourcing business, which trades as Agilisys having business in UK and India. He also co-founded Fluency (sold to venture capitalists in 2003), Eviivo, and Steeltrace (sold to Compuware in 2004), and the Rights Company (sold to Warner Music in 2005). In 2006, his media company, Emerging Media, launched India’s first cricket based reality show ‘Cricket Star’.
