Magilligan field Gaelic football teams at U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, Minor and Senior levels. They currently compete in the Derry Junior Championship and Division 5 of the Derry ACFL.

History

St. Aidan's first affiliated in 1938 and the club colours were green and white. In 1944 Magilligan won the North Derry League and Neil Carlin Cup. Magilligan's Anthony J. McGurk in 1945 captained Derry to their first Ulster Championship

. In the mid 1960s George Magee was also a regular on the county team. The club won the Dr. Kerlin Cup in 1962.
