The Lymphoedema Support Network (LSN) is a registered UK charity (number
1018749) and the UK's national patient support organisation for lymphoedema. It began in 1991 as a small patient support group at the Royal Marsden Hospital.

The LSN is now the largest information resource for patients with lymphoedema in the UK. It operates an information and support telephone line, produces a quarterly newsletter (LymphLine), maintains a website, promotes the creation of self-help support groups around the UK and campaigns for improved standards of care.

The LSN is a research partner in the International Lymphoedema Framework and works with the British Lymphology Society (BLS), the national organisation for healthcare professionals involved in the management of lymphoedema, and with MLDUK, the organisation for Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapists. The Charity is also a member of the Long-term Conditions Alliance (LTCA).
