Notre-Dame Saint-Sigisbert is a private Catholic university under contract with the state. It is ranked tenth out of 48 schools of excellence by the French magazine L'student in December 2006. It is located in the city of Nancy.

School St. Sigisbert started in 1881 after the House of Students which preceded it (That was founded in 1864 by Bishop Charles Martial Lavigerie.)
