The site is environmentally friendly and pre-approved with convenient dedicated Interstate highway access only 1.5 miles (2.4 km) away. Currently, the campus is completing the construction of the 5 miles (8 km) of highways and is awaiting groundbreaking on the site for the state-of-the-art 300 mm microprocessor fabrication facility.
