Luis Otero Cifuentes was a politician and Colombian guerrilla.

Biography

He studied Anthropology in the National University. He became a militant of Communist Youth (in Spanish Juventud Comunista Juco) and Fought in Cuba to the side of Castro in the Escambray and was one of the founders of the 19th of April Movement
