. He is the cofounder of FAO (Argentinian Ufology Network), a group destinated to study UFOs and related phenomena.

Research

Burgos had investigated phenomena from 1969. He has forty years of experience in the field. He investigated the first argentinian ufo case, incidents at Punta Indio, Ugarte's strange phenomena, Atalaya ufo footprints, Junin video, La Niña incident, the mass seeing of 17/9/85, Tacuarembo case, argentinian cattle mutilations (2002), and many other cases at Argentina and Uruguay.

Burgos had elaborated serious statistics about UFO phenomena from 1969 to these days. He gaved birth to the "one hundred hypothesis" which says: 90% is general confusion, 9% are military prototypes and just the 1% is unexplicable. He remarks Buenos Aires

Burgos discovered two new patterns concerning ufo activity: they are attracted by windmills and laurel trees. In conjunction with other researchers he established the decimal hyphotesis which says: when ufos are seen at some place, they will be seen days after and ten years later at the same location.
