He founded “El grupo Inmobiliario Reynoso Femat” which are companies dedicated to the promotion, construction and sale of Housing.

In 1985 he was vice-president of the Mexican council of the industry of Housing IN 1989–1990 President of the Rotarian Club of Campestre Aguascalientes and President of the Association of Industrial Promoters of states Housing.

As a member of the National Action Party (Partido Acción Nacional)

In 1994 he became a member of the Party Action National (National Action Party)

In 1998 he won his party's primary election as a candidate for Major of Aguascalientes and on August 2 of that same year he defeated his political opponents. His triumph confirmed the National Action Party in the capital city of the state with the highest voting in the history of Aguascalientes.

As Aguascalientes City Mayor

In January 1999 Luis Armando Reynoso Femat was inaugurated as Aguascalientes City Mayor and was qualified as the best County Mayors of the Mexican Republic by journalistic, financial and evaluating companies of the government.

In the same period, Aguascalientes State Capital City was given for granted with many awards in different sorts of development as: Convenient transactions, urban Installations, green areas, public services and ecology. Also the programs “Ludstecas”, “Dignitica and Florece” won the first place and obtained “Honored Mention” in the contest of innovator Program of PANISTAS Government, Obverted by the CEN of PAN.

During his term, Luis Armando obtained 14 ISO 9000 certificates for various organizations.

One of the maximum accomplishments referring to Financial was the setting of the certificate of Municipality public work in the Bolsa Mexicana de valores, becoming in the first municipal government of the country in quote in the stock market.

It was also obtained the National award of Energy Saving 2001 that was handed in by the National President Vicente Fox Quesada.

As promoter of sports and development of Aguascalientes

The City Hall led by Reynoso Femat approved the contract of profit that permitted the arrival of Club Necaxa to Aguascalientes and in 750 days the Majestical Stadium Victoria was built, wily a capacity for 20 thousand fans, it is the most modern and safest of the country, because it is in a favor of the no violence trend, that is still property of the municipality for the profit and enjoyment of the people of Aguascalientes.

Also the country-club of Necaxa was built, with an extension of eight Hectares.

Because of the promotion he did in Aguascalientes Luis Armando was named honorary president of the Patronato de Fomento de Futbol, A.C:

On July 26 of 2003 the dream became real with the majestic Opening of the Victoria stadium that was filled to capacity.

Furthermore, on August 6 Emilio Azcaraga President of Televisa, inaugurated with Luis Armando Reynoso the country club of Necaxa that is located at the west of the city, it has an extension of 8 hectares and it has grand facilities that guarantee the excellent mental and physical preparation of the players.

He benefited financially with the acquisition of Necaxa which his organization had bought. Before the stadium opened, its administration had sold high end boxes with and approximate cost of $100,000.00 dollars which were considered a good investment until the poor performance of the soccer team proved it wrong, descending to the second division of Mexican soccer on 2009 (Primera División A).

As candidate to Government of the State

The president of the Civil Association sumaLA that is responsible for helping low-income people.

On April 18 he was elected as candidate to Governor by the PAN with the great support of the followers.

On August 1, 2008 he won the election by a wide margin with over 180,000 votes.

He has built many bridges and added intense infrastructure to the city of Aguascalientes. His Governorship ends in 2011.
