Lucky Wireless had an offshoot called "Shout!" Wireless for a few years in the late 2000s but discontinued it when independent wireless store Myway Wireless of Glen Burne, Maryland took over its customer care and technical support. In late 2010, several Verizon MVNOs became defunct for different reasons along with Lucky Wireless. The exact status of BMA is unknown but it is believed that their agreement with MyWay Wireless lapsed and it was not renewed.

As of 2011, Lucky Wireless should be considered defunct as a Verizon MVNO along with Air Voice Express/Cdma and Mingo Wireless Verizon version (converted to Sprint mvno).
