which opened in September 2011. It caters for up to 950 16-19 year old students with the facilities to engage 14-16 year olds as well as adult learners.
The college takes over from Lowestoft 6th at Kirkley Community High School (now East Point Academy

and Benjamin Britten High School. Suffolk County Council envisages that it will "work closely" with schools in the town as well as Lowestoft College
to offer a range of courses.
