LA 945 continues as Vatican Drive for 0.6 mile (0.965604 km) until it reaches another 3-way intersection with a road locally known as St. Patrick Street. The highway then turns onto St. Patrick Street, headed northeast. It continues as an undivided urban road for 0.8 miles (1.3 km) until it reaches LA 3089 shortly after passing under a railroad overpass.
