LA 3103 begins at a stop sign

-controlled four-way intersection with US 84, locally known as Washington Avenue, and a local road known as Oak Hill Road. The highway continues northeast from the intersection as Kings Highway. The highway runs through a wooded residential area and passes Mansfield High School. After passing the high school, LA 3103 turns eastward, still within a wooded residential area.
