International Court of Justice
The International Court of Justice is the primary judicial organ of the United Nations. It is based in the Peace Palace in The Hague, Netherlands...

 since its creation in 1946. Only nation-states have standing to bring forward claims, but certain United Nations bodies and agencies such as the UN General Assembly have the power to request advisory opinions.
