Lisa McIntosh OAM is a Paralympian

(AIS) prior to her going to Athens to compete. Lisa McIntosh ran on two fractured feet in Athens and still managed to pull of phenomenal runs.
In 2001 she was awarded with the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for her services to sport.
In 2008 Lisa came out as a lesbian
and is one of the first openly homosexual athletes to do so.
