Lina Loh Woon Lee is a Singaporean politician from the Singapore People's Party

(Potong Pasir SMC) which he had been representing for 27 years to contest in the Bishan-Toa Payoh Group Representation Constituency
(Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC) in the Singaporean general election, 2011. Lina filled in the SPP slot and contested with Sitoh Yih Pin
for the Potong Pasir Member of Parliament
(MP) position. It was the closest fight of the 2011 election with Lina losing only by mere 114 votes getting 49.64% of the votes. However by virtue of being the best loser in an election whereby less than 9 non-ruling party MPs were elected, she qualified to make it to the 12th Parliament of Singapore as an NCMP
