Her current research is focused on understanding the mechanism that mi-34 plays in tumor suppression. Her lab is also studying mir17-92, a microRNA cluster found in B-cell lymphomas, suggesting that mir17-92 is a potential human oncogene. Her work has appeared in Nature, Nature Genetics, and Science.
