Lime Kiln Middle School is a middle school belonging to the Howard County Public School System. It opened in 1999 and currently serves more than 604 students, with a capacity of 704 students.

Achievements:
  • 2009: Gt Resource Teacher Tracy Spillman named Washington Post's Agnes Mayer Teacher of the Year.
  • December 2010, Lime Kiln was named a Maryland Blue Ribbon School, after achieving excellent academic performance as stated by the Maryland Blue Ribbon Program The School is now a National Blue Ribbon School
