The station has four exits: one pair near the Gran Teatre del Liceu

market. Uniquely, because of the narrow space available for the station under the Rambla, each access leads only to one platform. Therefore, it is important for travellers to choose the correct one.

Work is underway to render the station more accessible by installing elevators.

The station's mosaics, located in the southern entrance, are by the Escola Massana.
