as New Zealand's long-term halfback. Ironically his younger brother, Kieran
, graced the New Zealand Number 7 jersey in the 2010 ANZAC Test

One year later, in 2007, he made the Junior Kiwis
squad and played a key part in the team defeating the Junior Kangaroos.
Foran represented the NSW Residents
in 2009 against the Queensland Residents due to good form while with the Auckland Vulcans.
