Leila De Lima

Leila Magistrado De Lima (born August 27, 1959) is the secretary of Philippine Department of Justice under the Administration of President Noynoy Aquino. She was the Chairperson of the Philippine Commission on Human Rights until President Aquino chose her to be his Justice Secretary.
