Known for his quick wit and humour, he is a huge fans' favourite. He was nominated for the Best Variety Show Host award for his performance in the show, On The Beat, at the Star Awards

Lee Teng is also a familiar voice on Y.E.S. 93.3 FM, Singapore's premier Mandarin radio station with the highest listenership, whenever his schedules permit.
