. Upon meeting Oxford Road, Lancashire Road turns into a four-lane one-way street running westbound. It meets Ho Tung Road on the left and Cambridge Road on the right and finally terminates at Waterloo Road. Lancashire Road is then succeeded by Essex Cresent on the other side of Waterloo Road. Horizontal distance of Lancashire Road is 350m.

Situated along the boundary of Kowloon Tong, Lancashire Road is home to many schools and residential buildings. At the corner with La Salle Road lies Albion Garden, Louise Garden and Supreme House. Across Oxford Road is Yuet Yuen Garden, Lannox Garden and Cambridge Mansion. Down to the bottom near Waterloo Road is the Kowloon Tong Alliance Church and Alliance Primary School.
