There are not much development for 10 to 20 years in Labu under "Barisan Nasional" government. As a result, a lot of Labu resident migrated to the nearest town or city due to not much development and working opportunities in Labu.
Labu area includes Tiroi, Pelegong, Gadong, Kondok, Jijan.
A new RMAF Military base is planned to be built in Sendayan but not in Labu as scheduled earlier.
The Labu commuter station (Rawang-Seremban Line), as seen from its main entrance in Labu, but there is no a proper tar road to this station, the road was broken badly and no repairing done for the past few years.
