At the last municipal elections in 2004, PTS got 2,472 votes (11.30%) in the election to the municipal council of São Vicente. It got one out of nine seats. In the elections to the municipal assembly it got 2,367 votes (10.82%) and two out of 21 seats. In the municipal assembly the party is represented by Isaías R. Rodrigues (fraction leader) and Arlindo Porfírio S. Fonseca.
