     Boeing 737-200 with 94 passengers on board made an emergency return to Maracaibo's La Chinita International Airport ten minutes after takeoff due to a window fracture. After another entity became the owner of the aircraft, the aircraft crashed on 30 August 2008 near Latacunga, Ecuador, killing all three crew members.
