. For his performance with the Crawdads in 2007 Pearson was named to the South Atlantic League's all-star squad. In parts of three seasons with the Crawdads Pearson lost 17 games, at the time tying him with Robert Theodile for the team record. Joining the Hillcats in mid-season Pearson went 0-3 with a 3.89 ERA and two saves in 19 appearances. Pearson stated the 2008 season with the double-A Altoona Curve
