In June 2005, he signed with Portuguese Maritimo. However he was loaned out to FC Penafiel

In January 2007 Bibishkov transferred to Litex Lovech, with whom he won the 2008 Bulgarian Cup
. On 18 April 2007 Bibishkov scored five goals for the team in a match against Chernomorets Burgas Sofia of the Bulgarian top division. The result of the match was a 11–0 win for Litex. In December 2008, Bibishkov was named the 2008 Footballer of the Year of Litex.
