Hazurov's career began at the Pirin Blagoevgrad club, and continued until he was spotted by legendary scout and coach Dimitar Penev

. He started to make his name the following year when he scored 6 goals in 22 league games and joint the Champion of Bulgaria in 2005. Hazurov scored three goals in A PFG and with Vidima-Rakovski in match against Litex Lovech on 30 March 2008. The result of the match was 3:2 with win for Vidima. On June 2008 Hazurov signed with Minyor Pernik. As of 2011 Hazurov is with the Israeli team Bnei Sakhnin.
