Koduvally contains a mini stadium, a branch of the Federal Bank ATM, a police station, Koduvally Muslim Orphanage, the KMO Arts and Science College and the Phoenix Pain and Palliative Care Society. Koduvally Muslim Orphanage was established as a charitable institution in 1978, registered under Societies Registration Act 1860 (Reg No. 17/78). The town contains Kerala Muslims.
