Geography

Knollwood is bordered on three sides (E, NE and SE) almost entirely by Lake Bluff. A small portion of the Northern boundary at the Western edge borders the large campus of Abbott Laboratories, which is in North Chicago. To the West of Knollwood is Green Oaks, which is a part of the Libertyville community. South of Knollwood, the area West of Waukegan Road is Lake Forest.
